Acharya Software Services interview questions

This employer asked me to sign a bond for 1.5 years along with a signed and undated cheque for Rs 50000 (&Rs 50000 cheque from a surety). So it totals to Rs 100000. Apart from this a security deposit of 10 % is deductible from the salary offered (this is refundable at the time of leaving the job). This deducted amount will not be shown in the salary statement or the job offer letter as they don't wish to document anything during the probation period of 6 months.
