Overall I was told I interviewed well; however, I should have been "more prepared on how things are there"??? Not sure what that means...Otherwise, I have no ideal how to better prepare to work here. This same response happened twice - "You're not a good fit"...so what's does a good fit look like or consist of?

Very easy normal questions. One was where do you see yourself 5 years from now? Go in with an open mind and you should be fine. I don’t remember all the questions that were asked but the normal questionnaire
