What interview process? This company is too advanced for an interview process. Go to a website, answer numerous questions, and then record a Loom video. After that, you are ignored. Inconsiderate at best, downright rude at worst.

Demanding a video up front, prior to acknowledging an applicant, proves there is no human resources department. An HR professional would never allow that, because it opens the company to discrimination challenges.
