How do you feel your previous experience will help in this role?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Active Recruitment SEN (Loughton, East of England, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
The CEO Raphael Pepper held the interview and offered me a trial date the following week. At the trial date, I was told to “stop talking through my nose” as he sighed in the background and shook his head. He told me to look out for ‘attractive candidates’ as he stated they only like hiring candidates who are ‘good looking’. If you’re considering becoming a recruitment agency at this company, I’d look away now and go for somewhere else immediately.
