First HR Interview had a strong emphasis on: - Availability during off hours and weekends - 1 month probation period - Hourly rate, no benefits whatsoever or PTO - India-like salary rates when outside of the US (15 - 30usd) - Agreement to install activity tracking app in personal device (which takes screenshots and video of course) - Urgency to fill the roll (start ASAP)
