Interview
I interviewed in October 2021.
The first step is a 1.5 hr online coding assessment. The second step is a video technical interview and I was asked to answer technical questions verbally. In the beginning of the interview, after I answered the question “why this position/company”, the employer commented: “That’s it?”. I was shocked by this response and don’t know how to react.
And in the end of the interview, I was directly told that I will not be selected for next step.
They contacted me two weeks after submitting my application and they invited me for a skype interview. The interview took 30 minutes , they asked few general questions and JavaScript coding. I didn't make it to the next interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AdPerfect (New Westminster, BC) in Feb 2018
Interview
The hiring process consisted of me choosing a date for a skype interview. The skype interview was all programming questions, the interviewer didn't ask about my previous experience or anything about me.

Question 1
The questions were typical programming questions with a couple of database questions. I applied because one of the requirements was to know python OR (emphasis on OR) php but the interviewer only knew php (I only know python of the two languages).
