I got a call from HR and one of its current employees. They were pretty nice. They went through my resume and asked me basic behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to do an on-site interview.

Chat over a Thai lunch with directors and some of the team. Just generally talked about software, languages, current developments in the field. Main purpose was to determine fit with the organisation.
Phone call, followed by in-person coding test (this was pre COVID), then a ‘fit’ interview with one of the directors. Everyone was very nice and friendly. In total it took about three hours
