I went through several rounds of interviews. 0. Recruiter. 1. VP of CS 2. VP of Product 3. VP of CS again 4. HR
On the 3rd touchpoint I was asked to do some basic company research and work through their portal to answer a bunch of questions. It was very informative and helped position me for the conversation and opportunity.

The interview process was smooth and quick with things running like a well-oiled machine which is surprising because it's a startup. It was great getting access to the UI for the demo because it gives you an understanding of the true value of the software. Highly recommend.
