Contacted by phone, very courteous, asked about previous retail experience, asked if i would come in for interview in about 6 hours. When I was arrived the interview area was very relaxed, no high pressure questions about prior employers. questions about driving abilities, traffic violations related to it. Detailed questions about performance in past retail settings, asked to provide experience and job related tasks.

Interview
During a purchase I learned of an opening. I returned my application 2 days later to the Manager and had a brief conversation/interview. Less than a week later I was called for a more formal interview with the Manager and Assistant Manager. At the end of the interview I was asked return the next day to have a drug screen, background check and MVR. I was offered the position and given a start date within 10 days of Interview and testing.
