very easy. Just a phone interview from recruiter and then district manager. They ask me very easy questions about my background and experience in the previous job. Most of the time they will accept you if you show them your positive energy. After I worked for this company, I lost most of my positive energy because of the bad management. Lol :)) I changed to other job and regret why I didn't stop sooner!
