Went to a career fair and was asked to do a phone interview. Did a phone interview that was filled with STARS questions. Then did two 1:1 interviews with seperate individuals.

They asked a lot of same stars questions. Name a time that you failed? what did you learn? what would you do better next time? : What are your weaknesses? : What are your strengths?

A few phone and Skype interviews with HR and directors across the country and a in person interview. During the Skype interview, you will have to email a PowerPoint presentation and present it. It took me an hour or less to make the presentation
