The interview process was a very easy and straight forward online zoom call. There was two interviews for the the position and after that they have made their decision. I interviewed once with the marketing director and the other with the C.E.O.

Question 1
What was your past experience like as a digital marketer?
Straight-forward, friendly interviewer. Questions focused on discussing my resume and my general interest in the internship. The interview was only 30 minutes and was conversational. I did most of the talking and there was a good amount of time for questions when it ended

Interview
I have been interviewed by AEquitas twice, as well as an intern there. Neither interview lead to a position.
Both interviews I completed were via phone.
The questions were not designed to be tricky, although the interviewer (one of the attorneys, not HR) could get somewhat snotty, which I didn't appreciate. Be sure to listen exactly to the phrasing of the question for clues on how to answer "correctly"
Additionally, both times I was interviewed, the organization waited until the new hire was posted on the website. Both times, it took 3+ months, and I could easily see if the job was still posted. It isn't great to be notified by the website before anyone at the organization reaches out. The first time, I was emailed 9 months after the phone interview. The second was 4 months, which is more reasonable.
