Not a good interview process for senior resource. they just called you on phone and then in person but they don't have proper communication between them itself like they don't aware about the status of previous interview discussion.

There were total 4 rounds of interview. 2 internal technical and 2 client interview. Focused on Azure Data factory, adls, and databricks, Pyspark. Be prepared for past projects related questions.

Interview
The Interview process consisted of 3 Technical rounds. Due to notice period, the process was really slow. After each technical round there was a gap of 1 week and HR use to get back and share the next round details.
I cleared all the interviews and got a response that my candidature will not be processed ahead. I'm not sure, if they are seriously taking the interviews or they just want to waste candidates time. If I would have not been a good fit then why to arrange multiple rounds.
When I called the HR, ahe said - there are some skills that don't match then why take the interview in first place.

The process was very smooth and fast. The interviewer and hr was really knowledgeable and cool.
