After the initial HR interview, I was scheduled for an online interview where I was asked almost the same questions again, in addition to a long technical interview that lasted around 90 minutes.
I was then invited for an on-site interview that was described as a meeting with the CEO, but instead I repeated the same HR and technical questions for the third time with the same team members.
Finally, I was asked to come again for another CEO interview and was told to arrive on time, but upon arrival I waited for almost an hour due to another meeting.
Overall, the process felt unorganized and repetitive, with several rounds covering the same questions and no timely feedback. I believe this led to a significant amount of time being wasted unnecessarily
