I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Agana Heights, GU) in Nov 2013
Interview
You will basically be told what to expect while working with Aflac, as far as working out on the field, filing claims, vehicle use, making oral presentations, and team meetings. They will explain to you the compensation opportunities as well.
As long as you seem motivated, charismatic, willing to face rejection often, and basically feel comfortable with constantly working with people face to face they will take you. You are not really given a strict minimum quota to achieve so they are always open to new agents.
There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager
