Applied online through Indeed. Took about 1-2 week(s) for manager to contact me. Only thing preventing me from starting is occupational licensing. Was told the job is primarily commission with a $11.00 base salary. No drug test btw.

My first interview was over the phone and was more about learning about what the company did. The in person interview was a classroom setting where we learned more about the company. The third interview focuses on your position and is the only actual interview.

Group interview process, very informative. I interviewed with two other candidates. We all were required to fill out a questionnaire, and watch a short video. After the video the interviewer explained in detail the basics of the position including how the pay works.
