      Consultant Role Interview

      15 Feb 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Columbus, GA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Columbus, GA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

It was meant to be informal however 30 mins in to what was a discovery turned into an interview. Although I was ready regardless I felt it was very unprofessional and the manager himself was quite odd. I was criticized and told i applied for the wrong role, however I felt strongly that if the company doesn't offer opportunity you can learn any role and master it. Previous interviews were more pleasant and professional. If you don't bring at least a portfolio and solid resume with work examples to the table you are wasting your time. It is standard at professional levels and higher.

      Question 1

They are generic first rounds in my previous interviews, however as you move up you get some really weird questions
