Pretty smooth and easy-going. Both interviews gave me the chance to see and know the two people who wanted to bring me on board. They describe the role pretty clear in conversation as well as the compensation.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
