I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac in Jun 2020
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter who handled a majority of the communication with the company. The process took a couple of weeks. Getting licensed was part of the requirements for contracting.

Question 1
prior experiences, if I was willing to obtain proper licensing for the role.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
