Interview
FIrst, you do an assessment at home, and if you pass then you can come in for the 1st interview. The 1st interview, you do an assessment at the location. One is just general computer knowledge, while the other is how well you could answer insurance type questions. You go back in the HR and wait, if you pass you actually get a 1 on 1 interview. If you pass that, they schedule another one for you. This one has 2 interviewers, both supervisors.

Was contacted right away after applying online. Was called in to do some computer tests some at the office and some from home. After passing was called to come in for in person interview. Within a day I wwas offered a job. The training class took place a month after I was offered the job.

Phone call to set up an interview. Did initial interview with a department manager who asked the typical behavioral or situational type questions. Did a second interview with department supervisor; same type of questions.
