first interview is an information session with lots of people on the zoom call. Then you are told to text the hiring manager if you are still interested. THEN you find out that the job is 100% commission, no salary. THEN you discover that you are required to pay for your own training as well as FBI report. So you have to pay up more than $250 before you even get an opportunity to make a commission. They said that the average salesperson makes $50K, but that could mean that one person brought in a million dollar contract and everyone else makes nothing.

Interview
Group meeting - a couple of employees were there selling the job. A few candidates altered to the presentation. It was pleasant but not for me. It was about how much money you can make on residual stacking income.
Was a group setting. They explained what the company was about. Gave information. Was not a formal interview. Was not a good experience. I would not work for this company.
