Interview
The entire interview process was very quick and efficient. My recruiers worked in tandem and they were both supportive, and communicative. They coordinated interviews with several other people on the Product Content team.
My favorite interview was the last one, with a person that was located in a different part of the business -- which was an open conversation about who I am as a person.
Airbnb wants to make sure that they are a good fit for you just as much as you are a fit for them.

Q: Tell us about a time when you've worked on a cross-functional team? What was your role, challenges, successes, etc?
it was very deep, emotional-based. character-based interview to see if you are the best fit for your team! it was alright but my interviewer was a little bit inappropriate. be safe fellow gals!
