Very disappointing. Such a big company, which involved you in three interviews but didn't give you any final feedback and left you without any communication, even though you've tried to contact the recruiter over mail or LinkedIn.

São 4 entrevistas com testes e conversas longas para entendimento geral da empresa e do candidato. O segundo contato normalmente é com o gerente da vaga. Tive que responder sobre estratégias e como lidar com pessoas totalmente diferentes e que estão ganhando dinheiro na plataforma. Diversidade também foi um ponto importante.

The interview process lasted for about a month and involved speaking to seven different employees from the team i would be working with closely. The goal was to ensure company fit but also allowed me to get an insight into whether this is a place i would be excited to work in.
