Al Hajiry Group interview questions

I was applying for a senior role and hence had to be prepared for the knowledge associated with it. I was prepared and on the day of the interview I had to speak to the Production Manager, General Manager and the Managing Director. It was a relatively easy paced process with production and general managers asking questions on the work background and the kind of project executed. They were more concerned about the skills required for the job at AHT and hence focussed on those questions. After being relatively satisfied with my answers, I was asked to see the MD. He asked questions on the work background with a focus on my character and ability to work hard. Also they were all keen on enquiring about the length of time I worked at previous companies suggesting an emphasis on staying for the long haul rather than a short one.
