Interview was conducted through University networking, first interview was with inline manager - it revolves around question of university project, internship experience, personal learning, followed by 5 min session with General Manager. Next Interview was with HR dept, in which they further evaluate personal moral and ethical beliefs. It lead to final job offering. Whole process was done within a week.

First they get initial technical interview via phone, and after get some satisfaction, they conduct detail technical interview in department then after full fill technical requirement, HR department collect your previous job salary detail and check your academic and professional document, then send offer letter.
