I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Vancouver, WA) in May 2017
Interview
Was able to view the first question as soon as I downloaded/opened the application. Gave me plenty of time to prepare. The rest you will have 30 seconds to formulate answer. I believe there were six. I would strongly recommend that you have a whiteboard behind where you're looking at the camera. Do some brainstorming on it in the days before your video interview. Write down the basics about why you would like to have the job, why you would be good at it, key words and reminders about how you have resolved conflicts, dealt with customers, etc. It's only been a couple of days since I interviewed so no way of answering the last question about whether or not I was asked to move forward in the process but checked in the affirmative as I am optimistic. Good luck!

The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
