The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines in Sept 2018
Interview
So first I was invited for a montage interview. This interview is a a video interview of yourself where you can re-record on certain questions but I only had that options for two questions. Then the rest gives you a thinking time and about 2 minutes to answer the questions. In total there are nine questions. Once that process is done you’ll receive an email and then if you pass that part you go through a phone interview. This phone interview consist of mostly yes or no questions and then if all goes well you get invited for the in person interview.
Several typical questions, very easy. Lasted less than 30 mins. They were eager to hire, it looks like. Let me know about the result of the interview the same day.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alaska Airlines (Palm Springs, CA)
Interview
I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
