Interview
Here's my interview experience at Albatrot. It was terrible. The first round was a basic telephonic round with the Senior Brand Manager, who sounded very bored and uninterested but still proceeded to share a brand executive test with me. The test involved 1 logical reasoning question, creating a pitch deck. After the submission there was a third round of interview - a virtual interview with the Senior Brand Manager. I was well prepared but instead of asking questions related to my past experiences or asking scenario based questions related to the Brand Executive job role, she kept asking logical reasoning questions related to maths.. :/ throughout the interview she seemed very uninterested as if she was forced to conduct interviews. No questions were asked related to the job role. A total waste of time.

The interview process at Albatrot started off well. The first round was a phone call with the Senior Brand Manager, who asked about my experience, a few competency-based questions, and general questions to understand me as a person. The second round was a brand executive test, where I was given a brand and a set of questions to answer through a PowerPoint presentation. Up until this stage, everything was structured and professional. However, the third round, which was with a colleague at the same level as the role I was applying for, felt unprofessional. The interviewer seemed uninterested and distracted, sitting against the light, which made it difficult to see them. They even stepped out in the middle of the conversation, carried their laptop around, and at one point, sat in direct sunlight, making the setup even more chaotic. The lack of engagement and professionalism in this round left a negative impression. The fourth and final interview was supposed to be with the founder.
There are 3 rounds in the interview process - HR round, Assignment as per role and then the Founder's round
Its an easy interview process.
