Multiple rounds, good description of job requirements and responsibilities. Interesting interview questions that assessed analytical thinking. Met multiple people on the team. Lots of emphasis on team culture and dynamic. Seems like a good place to work!

Asks about things on the resume. If you have something listed that the interviewer is proficient in, they will press you about technical knowledge. Asked to answer general chemistry questions and failure analysis.
