Interview
I interviewed twice with this company once with HR and once with Production. I was given the opportunity to visit the production floor to see the operation in motion. I enjoyed the visit adn the interview. I was later called by HR to inform me that I would be receiving an offer for hire with the company. I was very excited. After I received the offer letter I signed it and returned it. Then within the following week I started my new job with the company.

The most difficult or unexpected question was a question about my experiences with operating linear machines, in which I had no experience.
Conference room with HR, and several members of senior management with each taking turns in asking questions. The hiring manager and a manager from each. They weren't drilling questions but you should prepare for 3 part question where you state the problem you had, the choice to resolve, and the outcome

Interview
Interview with site leadership including QC, production and HR. Lasted half a day and consisted of a majority of run of the mill questions. Mostly one on one interview with the group I was going to be working with in the department conducted a panel interview.
