Two phone screens, two in-person interviews including plant tours and tests. The recruiter called for the phone screening and the first phone screen took at least an hour. I was very tired after that. The second phone screen was to determine if I was a right fit for the position as well as Alcon. The in-person interviews required a full suit in order to impress. Make sure to wear close-toed shoes. You'll be in an area which requires PPE (personal protective equipment).

The interview was a 45-minute video call with the supervisor and another employee. It started with a description of the job, followed by a set of standard interview questions, about 10 in total. About 15 minutes after the interview ended I was offered the job.
