Recruiter reached out based on my LinkedIn career history, and communication was good. I was told the hiring manager would call next day and let me know afterwards to proceed or pass. No call at scheduled time. I reached out to recruiter and got feedback that was shocking from hiring manager. Stated that he didn't want a person with purchar history or any PO history in a recent job history. Based on. His notes my "recent" was not what he was looking at. Nor my last 2 1/2 years. The full job description is all Procurement but that is not what they are wanting for hire? Makes sense why the job has been open for 97 days so far.
