I had three rounds of interview, tow technical with finance director and senior finance manager and one with human resources and the full process takes around tow months to complete and to almost one mont to send the visa

GD's were conducted for the preliminary shortlisting. Out of a group of 8 two to three were being selected on an average. The topic were general mostly and sometimes technical. The interviewers were very professional. Post GD shortlisting was done on a ratio of 1:7. The PI's were pretty comfortable with not much technical questions. Asked previous experience and my interest of work.
