Straightforward Teams interviews/seminar type talks with good quality communication from the company. Some confusing elements to the recruitment process that inferred convoluted, top down sales strategies in order to be compliant with regulations, but overall seems a really nice place to work. Ad hoc nature of the role was a bad fit for me (autistic, social anxiety) but I could see someone genuinely flourishing here.
