Allegiant Connections interview questions

Very nice boss but a very easy interview process. Looking to bring as many people on board as quickly as possible since industry turnover is so high. The office was nice as were all the people within the interview process, however I quit the job after 1 day since it was not for me.

The job process at Allegiant Connections was very misleading. I initially applied for the Client Success Manager Position. I recieve an invitation for an interview within less than a day. I was excited about the process; however, the initial interview consisted to a number of questions that could have been answered over the phone. I quickly found out that EVERYONE starts on the same entry level “program” and work their way up, which was not explained in the details of me applying to a Client Success Manager position
