1st round was technical: there was some simple coding ,OOPS, SOLID Principle, C# question, SQL query and taken 1 hour 2nd round was technical: Azure PaaS and Web API related questions, design patterns and current project architecture and taken 1 hour 3rd round was managerial: taken 1 hour discussion 4th round was clutral round where we also discussed expectation CTC and negotiation. During this round clearly they mentioned that we are having only fixed part of CTC and We are providing insurance additionally (taken 30 min). After 2 days of last round they were agree to give me  offer with my expectation XX LPA so I have sent required documents for release process and and told me that we will release offer in same day so I was happy for offer at Allegion. But, unfortunately they were delayed to release the offer. After 5 days of waiting I got a call that We will give you an offer where CTC would be XX- (4 LPA Medical Insurance + 2 Joining bonus + 1 LAP retention bonus) so fixed CTC would be XX-7 LPA. I was shocked and surprised that where is only a fixed part CTC!!! and where is the additional benefit of insurance other than fixed CTC!!!. They made me totally dissatisfied. so, I have declined the offer. and withdraw my application. In the end I can say that it was my worst interview process ever!!
