Allied Universal Security Services interview questions

It was quite simple but the hiring process took a long time because I had to get a security license before I could start. In a phone interview, I was asked about my background and why I was interested in doing security work and what schedule I wanted. That was about it.

Phone screen with the recruiter. Next step was a virtual panel interview through Zoom. It was on-camera with multiple representatives from the client location. It was pretty straightforward and simple. Did not waste time.
