I interviewed at Allstate (Texas City, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
Interview was very simple and a great process! only 2 rounds, which were 1 phone interview and final round with Hiring Manager. As long as you can communicate simply and provide STAR method responses to 3-4 "Tell me about a time" questions and you will do great!

I applied online. I interviewed at Allstate in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process started off easy to schedule the interviewer was prompt. She wasn't very friendly she was very dry, monotone and matter of fact. She spoke when she came in but her eyes never really met mine. She always looked down which she did explain that she would have to sometimes, but she wasn't friendly and approachable I was very nervous and she was very condescending. She only asked me 3 questions. She seemed rushed my appointment was 3pm Central. I knew early on I didn't get it by her body language and after the interview she was like well that's all I have and thank you so much for joining me. Very bad impression.

What are some skills that are transferable from your last position?
I had two interviews, one virtual with AI I believe, I spoke to it with prompts , and one with a person afterwards. My recruiter was great to work with and super great at communication.
