I applied for the position on indeed. Received an email to take an online assessment, got another email stating I passed. Scheduled an onsite interview. The F2F interview, they asked 4 questions then went right into this "Role Play" ... I think what irritated me most was the time I spent. That interview was almost 1.5 hours long. I also felt I was racially discriminated against because I am a minority and all the interviewers were white. At some points of the interview they didnt even look at me. It killed my confidence and I could tell I was quickly judged based on skin color. I interview extremely well so I am not happy ! Received an email today I was not selected.
To me it was a complete waste of time.

two rounds of interviews, very east, was given offer within 2 days. They asked normal star questions, and behavioral questions. They also asked questions to make sure you are a personality or culture fit.
Interviewed for the outside property adjuster position. Thought the interview went well. But I believe they did not think I had enough experience.
Did not hear a response til this day regarding the job. Safe to assume I wasn’t chose
Everyone gets hired. Just be yourself and talk like you’re intelligent. They need all the help that they can get. You’ll get hired no problem. They hire everyone that seems willing to work.
