good, friendly atmos,The Agile Coach, as part of a team of coaches, will be accountable for the Functional Excellence of Agile Project Delivery to segments within the enterprise, and the execution of a project to build up agile project delivery capabilities in certain delivery vertical groups across the enterprise. This will include coaching and guidance for PDs, PDMs, PMs and project teams in Agile projects.
The incumbent will help drive the vision and strategic objectives of the related Enterprise Processes to ensure Top Quartile performance and identify, assess and implement Best Practices. A key element of this role is to work with the Agile Lead Practice Analyst in delivering an enterprise adoption program for the EDGE Agile project delivery, and take a lead role in executing significant parts of that plan. Another key element is to work with the various business lines to build up independent agile practice support capabilities within the business lines over time.

HR calls for the screening, you get to interview a couple of times with behavioral questions and simple questions.
It is true what you read in the reviews, everyone is white and it seems they are judging you based on how you look more than what you know.
