I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Sept 2023
Interview
Ghosted! The process began with a phone screening, which went well. A week later, I had a second interview with the Product Manager VP which lasted 2-hours, followed by a third round of interviews with three separate peers (in compliance, actuary, and project management VP roles) one week after the VP interview. These interviews allowed for a comprehensive assessment of my skills and fit for the role. However, a notable issue has been the lack of communication post-interview. Despite my proactive efforts in sending follow-up emails once a week after each interview, A month later only by checking the company site was my application status updated to "Denied". No decency to again even send an automated denial email. The most unprofessional company i've ever interviewed with. I'd warn anyone looking to apply with them to not even waste their time. While I understand that the hiring process can sometimes take time, it's essential for a company to maintain communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their status and the progress of their application.
