I applied for the position online and 2 weeks later I received a email asking to schedule a phone interview. The 1st interview was approximately 30mins and asked the basic why do you want to work for the company questions and also asked whether you knew what the position required as far as working conditions. Two days later they sent me a email asking me to take an assessment that lasted about a hour. About 5-7 days later I received another call stating the would like to schedule a video conference interview with their HR representative. It was also about a hour long and focused more on behavioral questions.
