Phone interview with group lead. Very informal and down to earth. Answered all my questions, including questions about corporate culture. Their questions were primarily focused on understanding the depth of my experience and familiarity with user centered design methodologies. Asked questions to gauge my familiarity with thought leaders in the field, e.g. which books have I read, blogs I follow, etc.
