When I interviewed for the Licensed Sales Producer role, the process started with a phone screening where they asked about my background and sales experience. After that, I had a virtual interview that focused on my communication skills, ability to meet sales goals, and how I handle customer interactions.
Emailed owner once or twice, then received a call asking to come in to meet. Met owner and manager, was asked about availability, are you good with people, etc. Met with them again after I passed my Property/Casualty exam, was hired without too much fuss. Completed 2 weeks paid training at main office before starting.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allstate (Arlington Heights, IL) in Oct 2020
Interview
great job, but there are no benefits since you're not on w2. leads are ice cold. Team was very small but worked very well together. I would recommend the job to those who like to earn their own check
The process is easy going. Just wanted honest answers and to know that you are willing and able to make a sale. There are many questions on if you can make calls to random people for a sale.
