The entire process took 4-5 months. The interview was pretty chill they asked more behavioral/ scenerio based questions. After the interview it literally took 4-5 weeks for the recruiter to get back to me about not moving forward in the apprenticeship which was pretty bad. I’ve talked to other people and they said their hiring process took 6-8 weeks. Idk why it took so long but definitely felt like a waste of time. And when they reject you, they ghost you. I had to reach out to the recruiter several times regarding my status.
