• Providing quick IT support on approximately 1200+ servers based on request through ITSM tool.
• Analyze and resolve software issues with minimal downtime.
• Ensure project delivery as per ITIL standards.
• Installation, configuration and administration of Windows OS 2008, 2012 and 2016.
• Managing computer objects in domain controllers.
• Commission and de-commission of Servers.
• Complete Operating systems support which includes from disk space, performance, and blue screen deaths and which deals with the Service center software based on the severity of the tickets.
• Active member of Infrastructure Management team
