I applied online. I interviewed at Alpine Immune Sciences (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview 2 weeks . First with Recuiter and then hiring manager . The Recuiter was very nice professional, nice and positive . The hiring manager did not seem nice , very condescending . It made me feel like , do I really want to work under this person . The position is still being posted again and again after so many months . I do not even know why I was interviewed and why they want to hire
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alpine Immune Sciences (Seattle, WA) in May 2023
Interview
I felt that there was a miscommunication between the different parties that had interviewed me. I first had a phone screen, going over my resume and expectations, and I was told that my resume and skillset looked amazing. I was also told that for some of the technical skills I didn't know, I could easily learn them on the job. When I had my next interview, I was told the opposite; and that they were looking for someone with more experience in the skills that I didn't know. 5 minutes into that interview, I was rejected the job and then told I could watch and learn about the technical skills I didn't know on YouTube.

Question 1
Could you tell me about yourself and describe your background?
Round 1 you go onto a zoom call for 20 minutes to discuss your qualifications and behavior in certain situations. If anything the interviewer was a nice person to talk to who explained the team dynamic and what the IT team does for the company.
