Two Technical rounds One Managerial round One HR If we clear the above rounds will have a client round. Unless you clear the client round you never will be offered. So don't wait till you clear all the rounds here, go on with other opportunities. I write this because of the main experience which I had encountered with HR and Manager. As it was Covid the first 2 rounds were online but the Managerial was F2F which I agreed and visited the office in Hyderabad. I was received by HR and shockingly the first question I was asked by her is whether I was an Andhrite(from AP) or not and immediately she covered it with a different reason for asking, I didn't know what to say because never as a professional that too at HR level I was asked this question and by this I understood that there was regional feeling and could expect how it was going to be in this organization in future if I join. I have already at this point decided not join. Anyway, I went ahead with the Managerial interview where I was asked very few technical questions which I answered properly. I was asked another logical question where manager himself knew that he was wrong with the question and was asked to send a code on that logic. Never in my life I have seen such manager who had no experience in receiving or talking. There was no interview etiquette being followed. The interview was about 1hr and never he smiled once I was later told I have cleared the interview but I rejected the offer looking at these guys behaviors. Beware before you join these kind of companies.
