Pros
The environment is very good and healthy, the policies focusing towards employees are really good. Teams are really good to work with. The company provides learning material and pay even for course your interested in if it aligns with your project or skill set. There are competition where one can submit their ideas and even get rewarded for it, Also work on it. Altimetrik is kind of both Service and Product Company.
Cons
Cons are almost everywhere one such would be depending on the client/project one may land and might not suit their expectations at times.
