I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Altor BioScience (Miami, FL) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview is OK. The people did not show their knowledge in this field. They asked some questions about the technical skill, but nothing is challenge. When I asked them their questions indicated they do not have deep understanding in this field.
I am very disappointed for this company.
They asked me to pay part of the travel and told me that they would send me a check after interview. But it seems that they did no send me the check.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Altor BioScience (Miramar, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
I received an email for a phone call. Someone working there called me and asked me if I was willing to drive 4 hours, which for me, made no sense since I was applying to relocate obviously. The person asked me about my previous job experience and relationship with my previous bosses. I was asked what were my future goals and when I told them that eventually I was thinking of going back to graduate school, I was told they did not want to waste time or effort in someone that was going to leave. I told the person that if the company offered good opportunities for career growth I was willing to stay. I was disappointed by the so many questions about my job experience in graduate school and was confused since the job for this company specified entry level candidates. We did not talk much about the science done in the company or any relevant information about what was expected of me.

Question 1
What were my future goals? How was my relationship with my employers?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Altor BioScience (Miramar, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
I got a phone screening first and then got a 1:1 interview after that. I was not told that the 1:1 would last an excruciating 3 hours when i confirmed the interview time. so I totally unprepared and ended up hypoglycemic. very unprofessional, it should be preliminary to let the applicant know how long the interview would last if its going to be a three hour long interview. The interview was grouped whereby i was interviewed by all the employees. The questions asked by each individual was repetitive. At one point , one of the interviewer said she had nothing to ask me because all her questions were team related. Like seriously?? I guess she felt that since i was coming from a regional CRA role, i had never worked as a team?? Anyway the interview process was unpleasant.
